It sheds light on where you are vs. your competitors and what it will take to gain a foot hold and presence in the industry. A good competitive analysis should provide the beginnings of a time line and budget for getting you to where you need to be.
3. Budget – We know it is a topic that not many businesses like to divulge, but it is also one of the most important pieces for us to put together the puzzle behind the plan we will be constructing. We are here to give you the reality behind what we feel it is going to take to succeed. Assisting you in budget allocation and being able to have a realistic outlook on what is possible and what is not is inevitably one of the most important pieces of information we can have access to. What many people do not understand is that the budget dictates the plan, not the other way around.
